4:30 p.m. Theft. CR 120. Officers were called to a store where an individual had been caught by a store employee concealing items and attempting to leave without paying for them. The individual admitted to the police they had taken the items. The individual was found to have a warrant for their arrest and was transported to Stearns County Jail for the warrant.
Oct 25
2:50 p.m. Crash. Connecticut Avenue S. Officers were dispatched to a crash with possible injuries. Both vehicles were disabled and were towed. Injured parties were transported to St. Cloud hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Oct. 26
1:15 p.m. DUI, property damage. Heritage Drive. Police were called by a concerned citizen who witnessed a vehicle hit a mail box and drive off. Officers located the vehicle. The driver admitted to officers that he was intoxicated. Officers cited the driver for failing to stop at an accident and arrested the individual for DUI.

4:20 a.m. Suspicious vehicle. CR 120. An officer noticed a vehicle sitting in a park parking lot after park hours. Officers found two individuals inside the park. The individuals stated they were out for a walk. The individuals were given a warning for being in the park after hours and escorted out of the park.
Oct. 28
4:30 a.m. Intoxicated person. Pinecone Road. Officers were called about an individual stumbling while walking. The officer found the individual who admitted to drinking at a bar and was intoxicated. The individual stated his friends had given him a ride to a store and left him there. Officers transported the individual home.
Oct. 29
5:20 p.m. Unwanted person. Roberts Road. Officers were called to a construction site for an individual who was not supposed to be there. The individual was found after a search of the property. The individual was combative toward officers and medical personnel. The inndividual was transported to St Cloud Hospital for evaluation.
Oct. 30
5:50 a.m. Traffic stop. Riverside Avenue S. An officer witnessed a vehicle fail to signal for a turn and stopped the vehicle. The driver stated they did not have a reason for not signaling. The officer cited the driver for the infraction.
