Sartell-St. Stephen High School’s dance team successfully defended their 2017 high-kick title at this year’s State Dance Team Tournament on Feb. 16-17 in Minneapolis.
The Sabres won their second consecutive championship in the Class AA high-kick contest on Saturday.
The title was the team’s fourth in high kick.
The Sabres won third place in the jazz competition on Friday.
The team is coached by Kelly McCarney.
