Bradley Wolfe, Sartell
Michele Bachmann spends a lot of time promoting her public image. I understand politicians have to keep themselves in the public eye, but the effort this woman puts in to make herself known is just absurd. If Bachmann would spend a little less time with the media and a little more time fighting the system in Washington, I bet we would be doing better in the 6th District.
That being said, this is the opportune moment for us to make a switch to someone who will fight against partisanship and needless spending, which plagues Washington. Her challenger, Jim Graves, is a successful businessman who knows how to keep a balanced budget and intends to use those skills as a member of Congress. His politically moderate values have also caused the Independence Party of Minnesota to step aside in this race and not run a candidate.
The choice is clear to me, and I hope you will come to agree businessman Jim Graves will do the best job of representing the whole of the sixth district as our next congressional representative.
