Members of the Sartell-St. Stephen School Board held a closed-session meeting Sept. 6 to discuss accusations against an administrative employee.
Because of the Minnesota Data Privacy Act and the attorney-client privilege, it was legally necessary to close the meeting to the public and to the press.
The board had legal representation at the meeting in case the accusations lead to a lawsuit against the school board. So far, no lawsuit has been filed.
No further information was forthcoming from the board.
