Construction will resume to expand Highway 23 east of St. Cloud to a four-lane divided highway.
The Healing Journey Thrift Store is having their grand opening from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. March 30 and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. March 31. The store recycles treasures for transitional care.
