The city of St. Joseph completed the sale of the old city hall to Bad Habit Brewing on Sept. 21.
The Bad Habit owners agreed to pay $400,000 for the building at 25 College Ave. N.
Financing arrangements include a balloon payment at end of five years with the city charging 2.5 percent interest.
