I strongly recommend re-electing Joe Perske as our Stearns County Commissioner for District 2. I have been a neighbor to Joe for more than 20 years and have appreciated him as a friendly, considerate and helpful individual in the neighborhood.
Beyond that, I have witnessed him as a dedicated elected official committed to serving the city and county with our best interests as the priority. His community service as a teacher, councilman, mayor and our present commissioner has always been focused on making our community a better place to live. If you know Joe, he is budget-conscious. While being fiscally responsible, Perske also knows about making the sound investments to better our county and keep us safe. His list of county committee assignments, volunteer commitments and constituent follow-ups are exhausting.
